He is the founder and first president of the Uruguayan Fintech Chamber, the founder of the IberoAmérica Fintech Alliance and the first Vice President of the Uruguay-Australia Chamber Commerce.
Sebastián has more than 5 years of academic experience as a professor of Digital Banking and Fintech
